first course

salad of mixed greens with coeur de chevre

grape tomatoes, hearts of palm, fresh asparagus and toasted brioche heart with French goat’s cheese

marinated shrimp and salmon cocktail

with spiced avocado mousse

duck pate with Port

fig compote with brioche toast and a small salad of Belgian endive with herbs and hazelnuts

main course

pan-seared jumbo sea scallops

roasted baby potatoes and saute of French green beans, fava beans and wild mushrooms

roasted rack of lamb

(3-rib rack) with Cognac bordelaise sauce, ratatouille crumble Nicoise and roasted baby potatoes

marinated bistro steak

(8 oz center-cut butt steak) with herbed butter sauce, Gruyere potato gratin and saute of French green beans, fava beans and wild mushrooms

apple tart Tatin with French vanilla ice cream
